New Supreme Court Case: Tennessee v FranklinCategory: File Updates
The Tennessee Supreme Court issued an opinion on April 26, 2010 concerning Crawford v Washington and hearsay. The opinion reversed the Court of Criminal Appeals. The opinion State v Franklin is in the resources folder or by the link below. It is mandatory reading for all Prosecutors concerning the 4th Amendment.
