The Tennessee District Attorney Generals Conference is pleased to offer recognition to a deserving Assistant District Attorney as the 2018 DUI Prosecutor of the year. The successful nominee will be recognized at the annual District Attorneys Conference where he or she will be presented with the award at the Annual Fall Conference in October.

Please provide the facts supporting your nomination in a letter and submit electronically to: Terry Wood by September 1, 2018. Include information concerning extraordinary efforts in significant cases and/or extraordinary efforts to improve traffic safety in the Judicial District. Improvements may include litigation, training, community outreach, reductions in fatal crashes due to policy changes affecting supervision, monitoring, evidence collection and/or bail bond policies. A committee of past winners of the award and the Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors will select the award winner.
