The Tennessee Department of Safety has issued a temporary, revised implied consent form to comply with T.C.A. § 55-10-406, effective July 1, 2019. Research, planning and development of the TDOS encourages agencies to use this temporary form until the new one is finalized. TDOS will notify agencies once these forms are available in proper form and on TITAN.
